Suite "The Name of Beloved" was originally written for an unusual chamber ensembles: flute, clarinet in B, violin and cello. However, this music can execute any instruments whose range coincides with the range of parties.

A little over a year ago I was interested in the genre, so to speak, the musical offerings. In the music of the last two centuries a lot monothematicism, stands out variations of the genre, but the little musical offerings. What's the Difference? I.S. Bach wrote the "Musical Offering" - a series of canons and fugues on the theme dictated by King Frederick II. But every work of their own. It is well sounds cycle, unlike variations that execute entirely made. But in his work is not the only series of its kind. Suffice it to recall the "Art of the Fugue" - 16 counterpoints, written on the same topic. Although "one theme" it is difficult to call. Subject counterpoint each individual has a unique image. Common are only of pitch contours.

Inspired by the way the music IS Bach I decided to try their hand at the skill the treatment of a subject. Suite was written a year: from August 2012 to September 2013. The basis of the suite is a musical monogram, sounds which are taken from the name of the beloved composer in the traditional way: from the name, written in the Latin alphabet singled out "musical" letters are used to represent sounds.

The suite has two nod to the polyphony - the first and last part. After polyphony (and Fugue in particular) is not only a reflection, but often it is a passion, emotion, flailing in the bonds of reason ...
